Construction of special frame for the late Admiral Nikos Pappas, commander of the legendary destroyer "Velos." Admiral Nikos Pappas visited the Kaptain SA company factory in the deep Avlidas making custom made synthetic frame giving us the opportunity to know him closely and discuss with him. Nikos Pappas is one of the most important figures of our recent history as it was one of the pioneers in the Naval Movement which occurred in May 1973 and was the most important resistance against the junta. The Movement was organized in order to liberate Greece, participating except officers of the Navy and officers from the Air Force and the Army. Nikos Pappas was governor in the destroyer "arrow" and while the Movement had already betrayed, decided to leave the NATO exercise in which he participated, and to seek political asylum in Italy managing big blow to the junta, renewing the resistance and creating a sense abroad, making rebellion ARROW headlines from Europe to Japan.
